I recently created a website to chronicle my journey and restoration. I certainly would have stopped. I know the area is very green, but it's hard to believe that 18 families can survive on just 400 acres!Dora, the Quilterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16043451474748191494noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8881189520578385241.post-25141694602439187892011-07-14T21:47:52.047-04:002011-07-14T21:47:52.047-04:00Maybe my hubby and I can take a motorcycle ride to...Maybe my hubby and I can take a motorcycle ride to check this place out some day. When we lived in Memphis, I used to go to a market near Brownsville. They had the best cheese.
We may all be going back to a simpler time someday. We had a little taste of that after April's Fury.
Mama BearLove Bears All Thingshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04091529156071883508noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8881189520578385241.post-16700484520744676322011-07-14T08:36:27.601-04:002011-07-14T08:36:27.601-04:00Val, great pictures! I admire their way of life, even tho my life is contemporary and modern and not their way. They exhibit such faith and goodness and wholesomeness that our present society seems to have forgotten in ways. I would love to have a house in a woods. Sounds so peaceful.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8881189520578385241.post-82082569298723227722011-07-14T06:48:17.737-04:002011-07-14T06:48:17.737-04:00Certainly been enjoying your photos of the Mennoni...Certainly been enjoying your photos of the Mennonite adventure.

Makes you appreciate some of the things we use in our every day living.Ameliahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10585878295754436629noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8881189520578385241.post-90962853147498089982011-07-14T01:25:29.342-04:002011-07-14T01:25:29.342-04:00Am enjoying your posts and pictures on Mennonites....Am enjoying your posts and pictures on Mennonites.
