Last year my sweet friend Connie made a ironing board out of a t.v. tray.I thought this was the neatest thing. It can sit right next to your sewing machine and you can also travel with it easy. She was so sweet and sent me the ironing fabric for the top of it. Now this was last year and I am just now getting to making one.
Wonder if all this counts as Sew & Tell? I hope so.
I looked and looked for our big staple gun but couldn't find it. Then I looked for thumb tacks........couldn't find any. The only other thing I could think of was tape and it worked! I started out with Priority tape (shhhh!) but it didn't seem strong enough so I found my ebay tape. It may take me a while to get it done but when I decide to do something, I do it....no matter what!!!

Embroidery For Dummies?
I am making progress! I love embroidery so far even though I have really only done 1 stitch. The satin stitch. After I get that done, I will do a back stitch and then I will know 2 stitches! Yay for me! I know it is not perfect but I am proud. Hopefully the next time you see it this will be finished.
