Simple Womans Daybook

For today, Sept 18th, 2010

Outside my window.......I feel fall in the air in the mornings.

I am remembering.......how much I love doing this daybook where every day starts with a blank page.

I am thinking......how much I love peace.

I am thankful for......time away with my sweet honey.

I am wearing....... black and white pajamas and pink houseshoes!

I am creating....... a sample baby daygown.

I am going......no where I hope.

I am reading......Facing my Giants. (It takes me a long time to read a book because I never sit down.)

I am hoping.......my sweet honey shoots a deer.

I am hearing......quiet, the ceiling fan, birds singing, quiet. I love it.

Around the house.......Coffee made, breakfast started, and resting.

One of my favorite things.......the simple things in life.

A few plans for the rest of the week......lunch with friends and back to work.

Here is a picture thought that I am sharing......

When the for rent sign goes up at the Sparta Hilton I want to be one of the first customers. That looks so peaceful. Hope you have a fabulous weekend.

Hi Val. It is wonderful that you honor Granny. I love looking at her quilts. Also, glad to see your Dad is back piecing all those quilts together.

You do a great job with your day book. I enjoy it.

Just a swingin!
I found you about 11 sign ins up from where I posted my daybook. I love having this one post that I know I'll do each week...I think it helps me center my week to reflect and look ahead.
Have a great week, Valerie
