Granny's Got Mail & So Do I

This is a Thanksgiving card sent to Granny from Diane!
Diane just had Gall bladder surgery but took the time to think of Granny and make her this card. Thank you Diane!

This big box of fabric is from Marlene!
I am going to cut it all up for Granny.
Thank you Marlene!

Now for my goodies.......I ordered these for myself off of ebay!
I did have a little help ordering the right things from my sweet friend,Michelle!
These are all for my Singer 401A! I have a walking foot, a darning foot, and a quarter foot!
Have I told you that I love this sewing machine???
I saw this cupcake tree on Tootsie's blog!
I fell in love with it!

It has 4 different toppers for different seasons.

Tootsie found hers at a thrift store and offered to watch for another for me but then she found this one on ebay and I could not wait!

Isn't it cute?
It holds 20 cupcakes or you can make it smaller if you want to. I just LOVE it!

What nice gifts for Granny, and I'm glad you got your new sewing toys, but Val, I can still see that tape on the cabinet! Darn, I wish I would have thought to remove that before I shipped the cabinet!

Be blessed,
Michelle

Love the cupcake tree and am ready to go look for one myself. I have a question about what size squares Granny likes to sew with? I will be culling some fabric closer to Christmas - like when everthing is finished - and if I knew what size Granny likes I could cut them as well. Thanks

LOVE the cupcake holder! Ebay, here I come!

I am glad your family enjoyed the holidays so well. We were sick and shut in but all was peaceful and quiet. And hubby and I love that just as much sometimes. :)
