Home Sweet Home

This is my Mom last year at Christmas time!  Just wanted to let you all know that she has been released from the hospital because she is stable (Thank the Lord) and out of pain. She will be seeing a surgeon next week to see what is next. She has a long road ahead so please keep praying but she was soooooooo happy to go "home sweet home"!
She told me today that she was so afraid that she didn't think she would see her home again!
God is so good and I give him all the glory!
Please keep my Mom in your prayers!

So thankful that your Mom is doing better. And it's good to see you back blogging. I have missed you but have been away for a little too long myself. Holly has kept me informed about your Mom. Her FIL is back on ventilator and is not doing good at all. So sad to have sickness especially this time of year. Keeping your Mom and you in my prayers.

Such good news to hear about your mom, Val. It is so true: "There's no place like home!" Being home will make her feel better, for sure. Do keep us informed as to how she is. Take care of yourself so you can stay strong for her.

There's no place like home - praying she gets to stay there, and the Lord heals her completely!

I have been in the hospital before and thought that I might not see my home again too. Its a surreal feeling and you realize what's important in life quickly in that kind of situation and you feel so happy and grateful to God for letting you live.I'm so glad your mom is okay.
