Great job! Beautiful work! We are enjoying our new experience! Can't wait to finish the quilt along with Amanda Jean, now also!
You are doing such an excellent job with your sewing. I wasn't sure about applique until I tried it, and I learned that I love it. Can't wait to see your finished project.
That makes for such a pretty center block. It sounds as though your teacher gave you a great background on all types of quilting. I can't wait to see the borders in place.
Great job! A friend let me borrow her sewing machine so I can see if I can really do anything with it. She gave me a few short lessons. It was already threaded and the bobbin was in place. Well, I got it home and started trying to sew a couple of pieces of fabric together, and somehow it gets all tangled up. The sewing machine almost ate my material!!! aaarrrggghhh Now I am rethinking how I am going to go about this. I am thinking about taking a class at Joann's fabrics just to learn the basics.
lookin great!!!!
Your applique block looks great! You are doing an awesome job. Can't wait to see the finished quilt!
