Spoiled Rotten!

My little Granddaughter, "Angel" took these pictures out of my window today.
I think she did such a good job.
I was going to see Granny when I got the call that school was closing. It was cloudy but no snow. School closed around 11:00 so I headed to pick up the grands.
I didn't know if it was going to snow or not so we went on to Grannys to visit and pick up some quilts that I sold for her.
By the time we got home we had an inch on the ground.
We live across a small mountain and it was already getting icy.

We made it home and had a great afternoon with hot chocolate and games with the kids.

I wish that we could have captured all the birds on the feeder and in the trees and even on the ground.
At one time we counted 11 Male Red Birds. We all enjoyed watching them.
They were everywhere. I guess they know it is going to be a cold weekend. They are saying that we have more snow coming next week. Our birds are so spoiled thanks to my sweet honey.
Aren't they beautiful? I just love watching them!

Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature? Matthew 6:26

Good snowy morning Valerie, Angel did a super job with the bird photography. I love the Cardinal in flight that she captured. Birds are so pretty to watch. Glad you all are safe and I want to thank you for sharing the sweet videos, Granny, and your entire family with us. You brighten our day. Happy Heart Day!

Really great pics - especially the one with the cardinal in flight - gorgeous! The birds are really feeding on my feeders like crazy too. We've got @ 3 1/2 or 4 inches of snow, and it's gorgeous!

I wish we could have some of your snow! There are so many bare spots here in the fields and on the lawn that it isn't very pretty.

What beautiful birds! Your granddaughter did such a fine job taking the pictures. Are those cardinals? I too love that birdfeeder!

Thanks for praying for us! We certainly have a mess to deal with but like I said before I am so glad that it was this and not something to do with my grands or any family members. I was just talking on the phone with my Dad in Florida and he told me to go read Romans 8:28, which I did, and believe it with all my heart!

She did a great job.
I made some through the window today. I have a new camera and just realized I could do that. Before, the birds always flew away before I could get out there and focus.
I love watching them, too.
We had a lot of snow this morning, then rain washed it all away. But it is predicted in Memphis so Honey Bear is heading that way this afternoon instead of in the morning.

Such beautiful pictures of the birds, your granddaughter did a terrific job! Like you, I love watching birds and we have many feeders all over our backyard the whole year round. I have a bigger than average window in my kitchen right over my sink so it's a pleasure to even wash dishes because I get to watch the birds:-) xoxo
