Your Granny was an inspiration to me and I am so glad that I bought three of her quilts. I kept two of them and gifted the third to my sister. What a sweet post this is. You are correct, Heaven is sweeter. Blessings.

This was so precious, it brought tears to my eyes. I am remembering my daddy today (10-24) it was also his birthday. He went on to heaven on Sept 8,2009. I miss him everyday.

Blessings to you.

I just 'met' you and your granny through another blog one day last week. I am so sorry I didn't 'know' her while she was living here on earth. You truly had a sweet sweet Granny! :o)

Thank God for modern technology which allows us to take videos like these and to be able to watch them long after our loved ones are gone. Granny was such a precious human being and I have no doubt she is still quilting up there in heaven...she might even be showing Jesus how to quilt!! hehe Happy Birthday Granny! xoxo

Oh Val, It was such a blessing to spend time with your lil' sweet granny. She was so precious that day.
I agree with Pea concerning modern technology which has allowed us all to see and hear what she loved and shared with the world. Not really understanding what a blessing she was. Very humble saint. I know that you miss her so!Thanks for the memories! Love you, Vicki
