I wish my Mother lived close enough to me to have a quilting day with her. Your design wall looks great. I need one! I don't have an available wall for one so this just might work!

It sounds as though it was the perfect day....after you got to your mom's, that is. She had written about what fun she had as well so it must have been perfect!

You will love the walking foot and design wall. Both are so necessary for quilting.

I got a kick out of the story you wrote about your repairman. Isn't is sad that so many hard working husbands have to go home to a t.v. dinner instead of a meal cooked with love? What a strange experience for that man.
