Our Little Hilton....You Have Got To Be Kidding Me!!!

The first thing we do when we get to "Our Little Hilton"
(hunting cabin) is open up and
check everything, especially after someone broke
the window in our little tracker a few weeks ago!
Then "Sweet Hunter" goes and gets the cards out of the trail
cameras and we love to look at the pictures.
We know most of our visitors by name.
This is "Bucky"!

This is "Shirley".

This is "Bob" our Bobcat!

This is "Mary".

This is "Goofy"

This is "Baby Bop".

This is "Liza"!
***************
BUT...........we have a new visitor..........

"Sweet Hunter": Ummmmm!
"Me": What is that?
"Sweet Hunter": Uh you may not want to know.
"Me": Is that what I think it is?
"Sweet Hunter": YES!
"Me": Is that the camera that is up here at the house?
"Sweet Hunter": Uh....YES.
"ME": My hunting career is now officially over.

His name is "BEAR"!!!

Jim is here with me right now and we are enjoying all of the animals that were captured on your cameras. Always surprising to see a bear!

OH MY Gawd!! Is that a black bear? You know it smells your good food, Val.
The only good thing about this is black bears won't grow as big as a brown bear but it will climb a tree and surprise you.
Let's just hope it doesn't make an appearance while you're there. :-)

My hunting career would be over too! In fact, truth be known...I would have never HAD a hunting career! Don't leave any food out! Maybe the bear broke the window in your tracker!

Wow, you never know who you might meet! Here they are eating out of everyone's garbage cans, and walking across porches! I'm staying in the house at night! Yikes!

Now you know what's roaming around for sure! I'd hang up my hunting hat too.

Oh my goodness! I agree with you! Bears can be very dangerous!

It looks like a young bear. I love it, you'll most likely never see him in the daytime. I was afraid you were going to tell us someone had been breaking in again.
Love the photo friends,

My sister has a bear that comes through her yard quite frequently.

I am so glad we don't have bears here... Love the photos though, and envy you the cabin...

Was it the bear who was your previous visitor vandal, or just a new visitor? I KNOW that I would NOT be hunting at any time with that bear around!

Oh my! We had one walk through our front yard recently while I was cooking dinner. It is scary!
