The Perfect Fried Egg Sandwich

 Thick Bacon
 Iron Skillet
Can you smell it?

Fresh eggs if possible

Yes, I cooked them in the bacon grease!

Lots of butter on our toast!

Oh my!!!

Somewhere under there is Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese!

Absolutely delicious!!!
This is the most work that "Sweet Hunter" and I have done on
this very cold snow day!!!!

I also want to tell "Sweet Hunter" thank you for encouraging me to get back to blogging!!!
I feel very loved!

Val, so glad you are back to blogging! Have you given any thought to starting your own 'Life's Little Garden' Facebook page??? I think it would do well!

The sandwich look great, but I would just make it a bacon and cheese, as I'm not a huge egg eater. I do like them, but prefer them with grits and bacon ... or ham ... or sausage!

Take care of yourself! Becky

Looks delicious Val. I will take one but without cheese please. We woke to no water this morning,,, frozen somewhere. 35 years. Guess we shouldn't complain. Rode in with Jamie so I have another day with my girls. Hope your day is a good one
