Bless his heart.
He tried waders.
Then garbage bags.
Then just got soak and wet.
During the flood we noticed it kept knocking the gate
opened. We had just put 2 heifers in that field because they were due anytime and we wanted to get them away from the
other cows. Sweet Hunter had to wade in the water which was 4 ft. high at the gate. He had to remove all the logs and straw that was knocking it open to get it closed.
It actually came open twice and one of the cows got out
but we got her up.
If you feed them, they will come.
Smile.
Between the virus, the tornados, the flood,
we are still so blessed and thankful.

Wow....that's a lot of water. Glad you were safe, but so sorry to hear about the fatalities.
